WHAT IS THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME FRAME?
All of our teas and tea ware are shipped through out the United States. When placing your order please note the following normal delivery times for most products
Q 1. Where do you ship from?
A. We ship from our cooperated warehouse in Deer Park, New York. We currently ship anywhere in the United States. Contact us at email@example.com if interested in shipping beyond the US.
Q. 2. When do you ship out your Tea Subscription Box?
We ship out subscription orders every 20th of each month.
Q. 3. When do you ship out your Single Teas and Tea Ware?
We ship our single products on a daily basis.
Q 4. How long does it take for my tea or tea box to arrive?
A. It usually takes 2-5 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 7 business days. Delivery times vary from product to product; based on demand and shipping location.
Q 5. How long does it take to get a tracking number?
A. It usually takes between 2 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email once your shipment is scheduled.
Q 6. Is shipping really FREE?
A. Shipping is Free for all orders $50 or more.
If you have not received your order within the time frame or you teas was delivered damaged, please do not hesitate to contact us firstname.lastname@example.org, take a picture of the damage item and provide your order number to expedite the process.
