True Serenity Tea is a tea company that delivers a monthly subscription box that contains exquisite and premium loose leaf teas, tea blends and tea accessories from around the world that are shipped directly to your door every month.  We also offer Single Purchase Loose Leaf Teas and Tea Ware.

Q 2. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our cooperated warehouse in Deer Park, New York. We currently ship anywhere in the  United States. Contact us at if you are interested in shipping beyond the U.S.

Q 2. How long does it take for my tea or tea box to arrive?

A. It usually takes 2-5 business days for all orders to arrive and a maximum of 7 business days. Delivery times may vary from product to product; based on demand and shipping location.

Q 3. How long does it take to get a tracking number?

A. It usually takes 1-2 business days. A tracking number will be provided via email once your shipment  is scheduled.

Q 4. Where can I place an order for the tea subscription box Or single tea products?

Q 5. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Shipping is 100% Free for all orders $50 or more.

Q 6. How can we modify and cancel our subscription?

A. You can login to your account and go to your Subscription Manager page to modify your subscription. You can also contact us for additional help. 

Q 7. In what currency will I be charged?

A. We process all orders in USD. While the contents of the cart may be displayed in multiple currencies, you will check out in USD at the latest exchange rate.

Q 8: Do I get a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers receive an order number after placing their orders.

A. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex and  Paypal.

Because we sell perishable goods, we do not accept returns. Please email us at or chat within 10 days of your purchase.

Q 13. What is your refund policy?

To  receive a full and complete refund on all Tea Ware ONLY we require proof of purchase such as your order number. Once the order number is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All Gifts Cards are non refundable.

There are varying preferences to brewing. As a starting point, we recommend the below. Use fresh filtered water. 

Q 16. How do I brew my tea?
Boil your hot water to 185-212F. Use 1 tablespoon (2g) of loose leaf tea per cup. Put tea in a sachet bag or in an infuser and steep for 3-5 mins. Please read all directions on the label of the product for directions before steeping your tea.

 Q 17. How do I store my tea

We recommend keeping all loose leaf teas in the supplied packaging or store in a fully sealed, airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct light. Loose Leaf Teas can be stored and stay fresh up to 2 years before they lose their flavor.
