What is your refund and return policy?
Because we sell perishable goods, we do not accept returns on any Teas. Please email us at infro@trueserenitytea.com or chat within 10 days of your purchase.

To start a return on all Tea Ware ONLY, you can contact us at Info@trueserenitytea.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Q.  What is your refund policy?

 To  receive a full and complete  refund on all Tea Ware ONLY we require proof of purchase such as your order number.  Once order number is received then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All Gifts Cards are non refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as bath teas). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Q.  What is your Gift Cards and Sale Items policy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items  and All Gifts Cards are non refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
